A civil engineer with over 20 years of experience, he specializes in the technical design of public works, integrated procurement management, and the exploitation of structural funds (NRRP, ROP, PSR, and European programs). He supports local authorities and public companies throughout the entire project cycle: from analyzing calls for proposals to drafting tender documents, from construction management to technical and administrative monitoring.

He has coordinated projects in the water, education, cultural, and environmental sectors, with in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations and digital tools for planning and reporting. He actively collaborates with municipalities, park authorities, and consortia, and is a member of public landscape and technical committees.
