Dr. Raffaele Esposito – Expert in Public Policy, Legislation, and International Strategic Cooperation
Dr. Raffaele Esposito is an independent professional with a solid background in administrative science, public law, and legislative techniques. He has been active for over twenty years in institutional consulting, regulatory analysis, and the development of relationships between public bodies and national and international stakeholders.

He is a strategic partner of CollettaConsulting.eu, where he carries out institutional relations, lobbying, regulatory design, and political-technical support in the areas of international funding, European programs, and cooperation policies for emerging countries, with an operational focus on Africa and the Balkans.

🎓 Education and Specialization
Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a focus on Political-Administrative Science (Federico II University of Naples);

Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Law and Administrative Science from the Federico II Faculty of Law;

Diploma of merit from the ISLE (Institute of Legislative Studies) in Rome, focusing on: legislative drafting, legislative techniques, EU sources, public budgets, and EU parliamentary processes;

Working knowledge of English (with a study trip to Cambridge).

Regulatory design for PNRR programs, the Mattei Plan, and cooperation instruments with non-EU countries;

Legislative monitoring and assistance in participating in international tenders and calls for proposals, including multilateral ones (World Bank, EU, UNDP);

Development of strategic relationships and multilateral negotiations, with particular attention to the French-speaking areas of Africa and the Western Balkans.
