Biography
A 1979 Law School graduate from the Federico II University of Naples, Giovanni Falci has over forty years of experience in criminal law, specializing in crimes against the Public Administration, corporate and tax crimes, as well as the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
He has been engaged in scientific and academic work since the 1980s, collaborating with the Vassalli-Gianzi law firm in Rome and the Federico II University. He has served as a lecturer and speaker at numerous conferences and professional development courses for lawyers, magistrates, and students of specialized schools for the legal profession.
He has represented important criminal cases before 58 Italian courts and the Assize Courts of Naples, Salerno, Reggio Emilia, Catanzaro, and Cosenza. Among the most significant cases are the “Tortora” case, the “Gelli 2” case, the “ISVEIMER” case, the “Galassia” case, the “Trincerone” case, and the “Crescent” case. He has also represented magistrates before the Superior Council of the Judiciary and has raised questions of constitutionality before the Constitutional Court. From 1996 to 2000, he successfully represented 16 applicants before the European Court of Human Rights.
He is the author of over 70 scientific publications in national law journals and has carried out editorial and dissemination activities in the philosophical and social fields. He served as trustee for criminal litigation at the Banco di Napoli and was president of the Bar Examination Commission at the Court of Appeal of Salerno.
Founder of the associations “Mai Più Lucrezia” and “ProsoKé,” he is committed to combating gender-based violence and promoting legality in compliance with Law 231.
His experience in crimes against public administration, European legislation, and highly strategic litigation make him a key resource for projects related to the PNRR, European funds, and the Mattei Plan, including in terms of lobbying and providing technical-legal support for participation in national and international tenders.
